Smallman1 Stratford is a khazi, yes - but then that’s surely why putting such a humongous, dominating structure there makes a lot of sense. It’s already a hodge-podge of newly built large and weird buildings so it’s not as if there’s any character to destroy and it would suit, plus it could give the place a further lift.
Stratford is also at least fairly well connected on numerous different train lines, and the location was right by the station so it’s not as if you have to wander through any dodgy streets to get there via public transport.
It’s not as if there’ll be loads of other more central locations where it would fit.
