  • What events/gigs have you bought tickets for?

Wally was in it twice excellent club , whopper sound

I’ve actually endured Nick Warren & Hernán in that room.

I played for The Mos’ 5 a-side team a few years ago and missed two penalties.

I didn’t get asked back.

Do you have a basic technique / routine Ed?

    I find it helps.

I compose myself by staring aimlessly at a point 20 ft above keeper’s head with hands on hips in a ‘double teapot’

Execution method is amble forward, point at one corner, slot it in the other.

    Never fails

Went to give the keeper the mince pies on the first one and got it all wrong.

Went for power on the second and nailed it about 10 foot over the Demba.

Got tickets, am packing the kitchen sink of all kitchen sinks.

Corbyn not on the bill this year? 😂
        Pretty good line up TBF

LT42 Adriatique are decent in the flesh tbf

Saw them in Amsterdam a few years ago and they were dece.

They’re playing all night in The Box, should be mint.

You’re laughing but those kind of acts always put on a class show. Veteren entertainers with the back catalogue to brighten anyones day up. Lionel Ritchie, Stevie Wonder all the rest all rocked it.

Smallman1 You’ll be weeping tears of joy down your bare pale oddly hairless skinny chest when Ross belts out chain reaction.

Wally Not laughing. Love Hangover, Upside Down, I’m coming out, Chain reaction will go down an absolute storm on Sunday afternoon, not to mention the Supremes back catalogue. Give me that over Eilish and Lamar anyday

Have seen Shirley Bassey, Tom Jones, Paul Diamond and Neil Young all nail the Sunday afternoon slot at Glastonbury.

          Magic.

            Meant Neil!

Have also seen Paul Simon nail it there too!

Diamond cutter of a left peg, not forgetting that!

LCD Soundsystem doing four gigs at Brixton in June. No brainer

Amps who on that Glastonbury lineup would anyone actually want to see?!

Hugo boring the shite out of Eavis at the gate because the festival is too close to the A37 to Yeovil.

alistair I’ll come out of retirement for that one.

                    Smallman1 Have seen Shirley Bassey

Why are we not surprised, edward?

LT42 it’s in the actual countryside and that’s not a major road, so I wouldn’t find it an issue - unlike that lame lineup.

I propose herewith that one gets on a train to Newcastle on the morning of the 21st May to welcome Anthony back.

alistair I would add Nightmares On Wax, Herbie Hancock and Bicep to that list

mono-stereo Herbie Hancock will be good.

Seriously? They’ll be wheeling the bloke out.

Also, it’s jazz - the only interesting bits were sampled and made to sound more entertaining in other songs.

If someone mentions Herbie Hancock my only impulse is to stick this track on:

                        NasserAlazzawi

I’m so tempted by this but I’m near London and it’s just a bit too far, I’m hoping he has a London date booked in

LT42 Hugo boring the shite out of Eavis at the gate because the festival is too close to the A37 to Yeovil.

                          Lol!

Joris in Leeds cancelled. Fuck sake. Guess it didn’t sell the tickets. Meh.
