What events/gigs have you bought tickets for?
Manski Heading to this on Saturday…not so sure I’ll hang around for SuperFlu having listened to some of their sets, but Marcus Worgull should be good and it’s looking like a beautiful sunny day for dancing on the bank of the river Thames.

Looks good that.
Sabres of Paradise were great tonight. First time back at Fabric in 18+ years and was great to hear such a good soundsystem in the main room.
Some of those tracks which are 30+ years old still sound fantastic today
RichM Heard Fabric have upgraded the sonic floor and main soundsystem recently.
Any cop?
ScottBailey the soundsystem in there is superb. As it’s been so long since I was last in there I can’t really compare it to what it was like.
Darren Emerson supporting Leftfield tonight. Should be fun. Hold tight for feedback to coin a phrase.
What a great gig. Knew it would be pretty special when they kicked off with Song for Life and Universal Everything. A full 35 year retrospective so they played all the hits, space shanty, inspection, hard hands mix of not forgotten included. Place went nuts when they played Open up with the video playing in the background. Emerson worked up the crowd with edits of Gat Decor and Dark train etc.
alistair they played all the hits
No Afro-Left - gutted about that.

Along_the_Wire Unfortunately not. Quality setlist though. Electric atmosphere at Brixton. Good to see it open again

Along_the_Wire Love that tune…. Proper E tune.
alistair So hot in there last night mind
Was Brixton the venue where they famously played so loud in the 90s pieces of the ceiling fell?
alistair Brilliant night but my God it was hot in there. Big moment for me hearing Emerson play the UW mix of Drum Club Sound System - never heard it in the wild before.
alistair Great sound, except the couple of times it completely failed during Emerson’s set
elrobertos yes, Dazza left standing with his dick in his hand. When the sound came back on so did his Gat Decor edit.
Off to Victoria Park on Friday for the Massive Attack gig. Air also playing and Mad Professor performing his dub versions of Massive Attacks Mezzanine and Protection albums, which I love.
Should be a decent afternoon / evening. Not seen Air or Massive Attack live in years.
Am toying with going to the Jamie XX one on the Saturday but the weather looks awful so might give it the s to the werve.
elrobertos Saw an Instagram post Darren did recently where he was with Neil McLellan out in Bali remastering a load of old tracks, and this was one they were working on in the video. Hopefully it’ll get a re-release! Funnily enough Nick Muir started to play it as his second to last track at Stage One the other weekend, but Nick turned on the mic and got Grant to say a few words. By that time he changed the track. Would love to have heard the whole track!

Did the business the other night alongside the classics. Heads down.
I can’t make but Frankey & Sandrino are playing all night long at E1 at the end of July -
Any idea who this “Special Guest” might be?
Steve Aoki or Maceo Plex
alistair Any idea who this “Special Guest” might be?
Palms Trax
Dry-Tinder they are on a marathon tour this year!
Hursty Yeah, they have a date in Scotland as well that hasn’t been announced yet too.
Mad_Cyril Maybe they’re just trying to round up all the big hitters?
I swear sometimes MC is Snidey Paul.
Interesting that MC appeared shortly after Snidey Paul had disappeared.
They have similar turns of phrase (e.g. ‘big hitter’ and others).
Smallman has an unrequited love for both.
Millsy to confirm or dispel the allegations.
