People lack common sense though, especially when it comes to dogs (in my experience). Most don’t have a clue about what’s going on with their dogs, don’t understand temperament or behaviour, can’t tell the difference between anxious and excited. And the bottom line is that anyone with a large, powerful breed who isn’t following through with training, simply doesn’t care about the consequences for the dog or the people they injure.
