I used to live 3 miles from there. Check out my mates place Blake’s Kitchen also in Clanfield, for the best Scotch Eggs and Cinnamon Buns ever. I’m not even eggs-aggerating.
They spent quite a while doing up that building for the Duke, it used to be called The Plough. Probably G2 listed. I think it’s a kiwi who owns the pub next door called The Tavern if you want a decent beer, and grilled stuff. Used to get a decent crowd in for aunt Sally on a Thursday.
