sbando I don’t “get” Dixon, he plays tracks that only Italians usually like, electro/80s, chanting and all that shit.

Has gone right off the boil since lockdown.

    SM001 do we know if it’s a ’Sasha’s own’ edit on the Photek track or not yet?
    Hoping not as it probably won’t get a release if it is…

        I tried finding it on Sunday but all I found was the original. Which is very slow. Compared to the edit.

          Anyone with Ableton can probably do that. Is anything else changed, besides the tempo?

          …pretty sure you can speed things-up on a CDJ too.

          No matter how good the algorithm is, anything +/- 3% in my book sounds poo……unless you have one of those “sounds great at the wrong speed” tracks that pop up from time to time when you’re munted round a mates house

            Along_the_Wire just sounds really bad. Traktor for example can handle +/- 10 easily these days so you won’t notice.

              Homegrove …you’re right, not when pushed to extremes, but I don’t think moving something from 110BPM’ish up to a house tempo would be noticed by many.

              I’ve no fucking idea anyway… I’ve not heard the thing, it may well be an edit. Original track is ace though.

                …Bushwacka was brilliant tonight, classic techno/Detroit, all vinyl, fast as fuck mixing, proper.
