Dixon or SM1?

I have a vintage rolex, omega speedmaster, and a tudor black bay (1st gen in house movement) and I’ve come to realize I’ll probably never wear them again because of the Apple Watch.
Was gifted the Apple Watch 3 when it just released some 5 years ago, and it’s still going strong. I enjoy all the fitness gamification and for what it’s worth it does push you to be more fit. For someone who is a serious fitness type though, figure it must feel a bit immature.
Just bought the 7, I’m assuming this is as good as it gets for this design and there will be a major overhaul next year.
