Hope you had a good night Nas
John Digweed 'Live In' Series - Fabric, London
I guess the story here is why release a product which can’t be fully released on some platforms?
This is possibly the worst example to do this, a continuous progressive house mix
Fairly sure if you ordered a Big Mac today and it was missing the burger, complaints would be forthcoming

If I was feeling cynical, I’d say it was good business to release a ‘close but not quite the full deal’ version on platforms that take 30% and then direct people to the ‘full complete version’ on platforms that take less and charge a fiver more. 22 quid for a digital release on bandcamp is a disgrace but Digweed is well aware he’s a niche (in the grand scheme of things) with a fanatical following so people will want the full version whatever the additional cost.
sales don’t look great so far. 144 copies on Bandcamp.

If any of you know the tune ID of this from Friday, you are at serious risk of a sexual advance.
(Excuse the quality, I was by a sub)
NasserAlazzawi No clue. But i’ll keep my ear to the ground and let you know if I find something.
Someone clocked it on my feed. It’s actually a 12 year old track!
I pretty much went full space goat at this and I was sober.
Love me a bit of Chaim
NasserAlazzawi Met him at the bar once at Fabric, he seems sound…great warm up for Sasha.
I’m in the middle of a Chaim reaction.
Interested to hear folks thoughts now after a few days listening. How do you rate it and where does it sit in the order of the live in releases for you?
i couldn’t even get through it, 2 or 3 good tracks* on the first two parts was enough for me.
*i’m sure it was better live and i may just not like what he’s playing.

That Pastel Skies track is a stomper as is Haunted. An enjoyable live mix. Love those chunky moments
