- Mexican (supersize vegetarian haggis burrito)
- Sushi (salmon / tuna rolls / sashimi / nigiris)
- Dominos (fuck yous)
Takeaways - Your Current Top 3
Indian (Dawat in Tooting)
Beef stew from Miss Polly’s in Hampton Court
And Papa John’s, Dominos is for absolute loosers.
In China: Hunanese mostly. 农家炒肉 being my, as wankers would say, ‘go to’ dish. No particular place, Beijing is full of migrants from other provinces with small restaurants/takeaways.
In UK: to be honest the only takeaway/delivery I crave that I cannot make myself is proper pizza done in a pizza oven. So, local pizza (Neapolitan not seppo style).

Only really eat an Indian takeaway or the occasional fish and chips. Stopped eating Chinese as there’s not a decent takeaway where I live.
Curry from Bengal Brasserie, Teddington
Chinese from Imperial China, Teddington
Fish and chips from Aldo’s, Uphall
Thai (any dish)
Indian (lamb tikka Bhuna)
Pizza (not Domino’s)
Why is Mexican / Burrito takeaway not more of a thing in England? Seems to be massive north of the border right now.
You get a lot of food for your money and can be made bespoke.
Propper chippy
Subway
Burger King (paired with train beers)
Some right AJ Gill’s on here!
Eating a BK on a train is bang out of order.
Smallman1 Also, it’ll be the last train, so social distancing is maintained as standard.
You know my hangovers well!

Ed having a reg on long commute etiquette. You basically need a massive katsu curry from Wasabi, ideally one that smells of old man BO, a brace of pint-can stella train beers from Whistlestop af the bargain price of £8.99 (with free plastic glass!). BLISS.

Had one of these bastards last Friday. Absolute filth.
Most enjoyable.
The longest train journey I’ve competed in recent years is London Waterloo to Hampton Court.
