Kinda, but not quite. The US posted their warning on 7 March about something possibly happening within 2 days, and Russia did then within 48 hours appear to nullify a planned ISIS attack.
Clearly there were more attacks in the pipeline though than the US initially briefed about - which was also suggested at the time - but Russia wasn’t able to pick up on all of them.
