LT42 Regarding Putin, I believe he is a psychopath, he ordered the indiscriminate bombing of civilian areas in Chechnya and Georgia so why would his tactics be different this time, unless of course this was also just ‘collateral of war’?

He is a dictator who was maintained power for over 20 years, quashing any dissent or threat to his position. He has ordered the killings of countless enemies, including in the UK using a variety of methods including radioactive material. I’m not sure how else to describe him.

If you really look into those conflicts you will also find that military and civilian areas overlapped. Sometimes it’s a military tactic used to deter bombing but it never works. It’s argued by the Israelis that this is why so many civilians die in Gaza because Hamas mix their locations into the civilian population. Yet you have pro-palestinian groups saying civilians are being targeted, not Hamas.

Show me any Govt or world leader that has taken civiilans safety into account during war. It doesn’t happen. Civilians get killed during war, this is an eternal fact, abhorrent as it is. When the media spin it as purely attacks on those people then it’s disingenuous. Then you get total retards like Alistair waving their white handkerchief and virtue signalling from the back benches. It really is pathetic.
