Fair enough that the organisers are trying to do something themselves, rather than just moaning that other people should be changing their lineups as many do. Let the market decide whether it turns out a success.
However, I don’t suppose they would also consider that the non-male lineup only plays music by non-males? It will be a bit jarring and a tad hypocritical if the idea is for a festival run by and featuring only women, yet the cornerstone will still be bigging up music made my men.
As a side-note, the lineup doesn’t look at all techno and doesn’t interest me whatsoever.
