What are the TV shows/movies that are the best/most realistic portrayals of roadmen?

I suppose you have equivalent local slang terms. Melvin ‘Cheese’ Wagstaff in The Wire would definitely be a ‘roadman’.

Obviously The Wire, and Top Boy are good shouts. What else?

Dunnoyano… the Scouse version of ‘roadman’ is very particular imo. Aged 12 - 21, all in black, no other colour is acceptable, trabs have to be a version of a 110, which have to be 95 and onward, always seen in groups of three or more.

Don’t think Melvin would cut it on wardrobe alone.

Roadmen are boss. Obviously not many in Chester, but love seeing them when I go to el capital, playing Digga D out of their mobile phones without headphones on public transport and staring down nans who look at them disapprovingly.
