Hi guys,
I’ve decided to restart my live streams from the lockdown era and for my first one I will be raising funds for an initiative started in my hometown.
In Cyprus we are seeing many people take refuge here, and we are working in real life to raise funds for families locally.
However, this live stream reaches an audience from all over the world. Therefore, the donations I am asking for here here will instead help ‘Newcastle Stands with Ukraine’ to purchase specifically targeted items (medicines/first aid equipment etc) that are otherwise unavailable via physical donations.
They are taking trucks from the North East right up to the Ukraine Border and this will also cover the cost of petrol and carriage to deliver aid.
"The campaign has already completed its first mission into Ukraine delivering much needed supplies and is now fundraising to step up efforts to maximise the amount of aid it can deliver with these trucks and fuel.
Longer term we aim to set up a more ergonomic system of delivering targeted aid through connections made at ground level on our maiden journey."
I am aiming to help keep the trucks fuelled.
GOAL
I am aiming to raise €1,000 by Wednesday 30th March via my live stream on Twitch, Facebook and subsequent Youtube video.
