I’ve been down this road recently Grant, there just isn’t much competition in this area yet so Whoop can take the piss. There is the Oura ring, but fuck wearing a ring (I don’t wear a wedding ring, never have). Biostrap EVO is another to look at.
Garmin come closest I would say but the metrics may not be as good as Whoop in certain areas.
