Looking forward to this

Nice one Pete. A little extra pressure will focus the mind 😬

Is M-Sizza banging out mostly jacking or vocal house?

Will it be recorded?

Want to listen to this, but it’s 4am Beijing time.

bosstrabs yes mate, it will be recorded and put up on the Mixpub Mixcloud page. I will post a link following broadcast.

Hope MC’s set starts with an “OLB’s In The House” vocal on repeat before Trisco comes barrelling in.

I would love it if M-Sizza did some bants between/over tracks like his hometown heroes Solardo.

Coincidentally, I reckon, in real, life you run an ex-pat bar in China. Longing for love and dreading the next prank call from the bantzzzmeister general

Mad_Cyril signed photos of Kenny Dogleash and Ian Thrush adorning the walls, bar staff in shellsuits and re-runs of Surprise Surprise and Brookside on the goggle box?

Tonight the Friday Night Guest Mix comes from Craig Hudson and we are delighted to see him make his Mixpub debut.
Growing up in Manchester, Craig’s first real exposure to electronic music was being blown away by Weatherall and Oakenfold’s remix of Hallelujah by the Happy Mondays. This interested quickly snowballed into the indie / dance crossover scene and many hours spent dancing to all kinds of tunes at Dave Haslam’s legendary Yellow nights in Manchester.
Landing at Liverpool University a few years before the superclub scene kicked off, Craig spent most weekends at Cream listening to US & UK house legends, an exposure widened with the monthly all-nighters bringing different clubs and their soundscapes from around the country and guest DJ’s from all over the world.
Having been exposed to so many different genres and sounds over the years Craig firmly believes the mantra that ‘House is a feeling’ and tries to incorporate this approach into his DJ sets.
