From what I’ve read over the last few months - Jack Smith is a serious prosecutor and there would need to be serious damning evidence for him to seek an indictment, plus the fact there are multiple witnesses/conspirators that flipped on Trump. It sounds like every indictment is water tight. We’ll see.
