I’m not sure I’d trust such a report - for instance, it says that it’s racist to not discriminate on race for things such as university admissions.
Also, the report sees it worthy for whatever reason to note that supposedly the world’s happiest countries are also the most racist; yet it then moves on without exploring if and why there might be any reasons for such a coincidence.
