LT42 I’ve read a real variety of opinions, but most suggest that the parent company will have to pay at least ‘some’ of the settlements, but that Jones WILL be liable for some of it.
Obviously hope it bankrupts him, but if the main outcome is that owners of TV networks realise they can’t allow his brand of insidious programming, I’ll take it…
