He’s completely untethered and ungrounded, doing so much damage to his reputation, and he’s been off his medication for years.

Sadly I know one person like this and he was a good kid who eventually damaged so much that he went homeless (no one can afford to help him as they just get swallowed into a world of shit they can’t handle)
