Cheese - but in a very specific way.
Being so allergic to cheese that it’s deadly but still fine to consume all other dairy products must be such a rare condition (almost as if it’s not real) that we must find the tipping point.
Think of it like the medieval rack:
Step one: Force fed something extremely mild such as cottage cheese or mozzarella
Step two: Brie
And so on, gradually increasing the cheese strength step by step until it’s ultimately time to bring out the likes of Stilton and Roquefort.
If he survives he can rejoice in that he can finally enjoy one of the greatest foodstuffs known to man.
But not for long because the claw hammer will still be within easy reach.
