            Considering both you and Grant were able to take a stab at answering the question - it remains unanswered as to why he can’t also have a pop at it.

            The main possibilities are either:
            he knows the answer would show him in a bad light, so he’s dodging it;
            he’s as dumb as a traffic cone;

            It could also easily be all three.
