I was always a fan of having a pint of water and Milk Thistle (Holland and Barrett etc) before bed
However, the shit I’m going to show you is the shit.
I’m a total pussy with hangovers so if I’ve mixed my drinks and pretended I can keep up with my 18 year old self I always drink this. I took the piss once to see how much I could push it and I felt relatively fine the next day.
It has to be drank no later than an hour of your last drink (for some reason) but they really work.

As for “when it’s too late for prevention” I find doing the opposite of how I feel really helps.
- drink a pint or two of water relatively quickly
- shower
- eat fry up (add some salt)
- walk outdoors - park / forest / beach etc as early as you can - you’d be surprised how effective that is.
CBD oil drops also helps and gets rid of the minging / slight anxiety some get on hangovers.
If you’re really really really bad (and probably single) then see if any of your friends can make you a spliff to put you out your misery, and throw some tunes on!
