    Hmmmmm, looking at hotels in the area for NYE and they start at a very reasonable 200 quid. Ouch, my sides!

              200 of the Queen’s finest for a 3 star shit hole is a lot when you’re going to be out all night and not spend more than a few hours in it. 200 quid for a place to put a bag with a change of clothes in it and grab a shower in the morning? Pffff.

              It would be better if it was open until the trains started back up (if they even do on NYD) - don’t even need to book a place to stay.

                On a tangent - are venues charging a fuck tonne more these days? E1 in London and Joshua Brooks in Manchester for Bedrock are a far fucking cry from Heaven, Matter, Fabric and the like…

                  Joshua brookes is a bar and DJ upstairs / club downstairs so still a chance Diggers is on all night downstairs but who knows. Equal chance he’s on for 3 or 4 hours only downstairs.

                    Rollo44 It’s a diddy place. The shame and humiliation if he didn’t sell it out would be unbearable. Surprised it’s taken right up to the last day to do it.
