MoS Sessions Vol 7 - David Morales

    All time favourite for me.

The Morillo, Choo Choo Romero and Jose Nunez one (Sessions 10?) is an absolute belter too, if you can cope with listening to Morillo of course.

Luke Solomon - Thanks for coming by

    There’s also a Derrick Carter disc but….

      gcw Fantasia The House Collection

Would go with the Allister Whitehead discs, even though most obvs!

Just went in pretty hard on the fabric cds… these are the ones that have stood the test of time so far:

        1. Doc Martin
        2. Craig Richard Fabric 01
        3. Tyler Stadius
        4. Gerd Janson
        5. Bonobo
        6. James Lavelle Fabric Live 01

I still go to the Patrice Baumel Balance quite often, Defected Presents Nick Curly, JZ Balance, Wiggle for 20 Years (Terry Francis, Nathan Coles & Eddie Richards), Ellen Allien Watergate. Gets a bit of heat on here, but I like what Solomun did with his GU release, two very different mixes.

I really want the Tennis DJ Kicks to be good, but I feel it’s overrated every time I play it. Matthew Dear, Seinfeld not so bad.

Mad_Cyril another dj I’ve just never listened to that much of, and I think it sounds quite dated now. Wonder what happened to him?

gcw still going, he’s playing down the road from me next week with Lottie, Justin Robertson and K-Klass.

            rhouses

Some great ones there, thanks mate. Picked up Doc Martin, Wiggle and Ellen Alien from that. Nice one.

Ivan Smagghe ‘Bugged Out Presents! Suck My Deck’ has aged remarkably well.

gcw Agoria - At The Controls

I thought this was a bit of a mess when it came out. Had some moments but overall disappointing.

Had a quick check of it again to see if I’d missed something - nope, still a mess.

rhouses listened to Doc Martin yesterday on the strength of your recommendation. Smooth, trippy and very enjoyable

Saw Doc Martin play at Fabric years ago and he was ace.

              Cheers!

hugopal I think that is generally his thing though isn’t it, playing different genres etc. Sometimes it works. His Balance has some brilliant parts, but also some rather odd sections too

Mad_Cyril Same here…. Introduced to him at Barbarellas through the Manc lads….. He’s a top bloke and one of my favorites Jocks. He destroyed Barbs that night. Technically amazing.

                        Dan
Played early doors at Cream and had the place rolling in perfect warmup fashion.

No airs and graces and a decent laugh

Mad_Cyril Danny Krivit NYD at Corsica played his set and jumped down from the decks and got down the punters for the rest of the night.

                          Class.

I call his musical style “Air-cushioned soul”

                          Tycho - Back to Mine
                          Joris Voorn - Fabric 14
                          Michael Mayer - Fabric 13
Ben Watt - Buzzin Fly Volume 4
                          Cass - Prologue
                          Lee Burridge - Metropolis

That Doc Martin Fabric mix is absolutely mustard.
