Peanut butter and cucumber on toasted bread (though fresh is also good). A lot of people Iāve told about this have wretched at the idea š. Then theyāve tried it and realised itās pretty damn good. Itās certainly nothing fancy but goes down very nicely with a cup of tea or coffee. The moisture from the cucumber balances out the peanut butter and if you have it on toasted bread the heat softens up the peanut butter and makes it even juicier against the crispness of the toasted bread.
