Andrew Santino: Cheeseburger is tight. Good stuff.
Stand Up comedy
I liked it too. He’s got also my favorite “comedians talking with comedians” podcast. He gets along great with every one. It’s called Whiskey Ginger.
Louis CK live streaming from MSG tonight for the price of a meal for 2 at a hipster food truck.
Him selling out MSG is a great indication that cancel culture is not actually a problem.

Depends how you define ‘not actually’ and ‘problem’.
Following that, your perceived interpretation of the definition of both terms will dictate the outcomes you come to.
Whether said definitions, perceptions, or outcomes are accurate, matter, or anyone actually gives a fuck starts the whole rollercoaster ride again.

Mad_Cyril if no one “actually gives a fuck” then rather tell Hannu that he shouldn’t have bothered posting anything to begin with, rather than ranting at me.
But as it is, Hannu made a post on public message board, therefore clearly intending to communicate some message to us for us to think about. In turn, I’m curious what the message he was trying to convey actually was, because it’s far from obvious.
Louis CK is one of the funniest people of the past two decades.
Unfortunately, he likes to pull his ginger plonker off in the presence of uninterested females.
Basically, he’s me but in non-message board form.

Homegrove Him selling out MSG is a great indication that cancel culture is not actually a problem.
I’m taking this to mean Hannu seems to think that losing $35 million of income is a mere pittance, and being seemingly permanently dropped by every major platform and studio e.g. Netflix, HBO and Disney Channel isn’t a big deal.
Hannu probably reckons things didn’t go far enough, and no one should be allowed to watch his comedy anywhere ever again.
Hannu talking bollocks again, what a massive surprise.
When Hugo is ignored he speaks for the person instead just to carry on the argument?
Absolutely demented.
LT42 I’m pretty sure that is what @Homegrove meant by his comment.
Of course he’s welcome to correct me if it’s mistaken!
Fuck off, Hugo
Sam Morrill is a comedian worth following. He posts great crowd work on his IG and has specials in Netflix, and a free one in Youtube. His podcast with Mark Normand (We Might Be Drunk) is also great.
Bill Cosby??
Marc Maron’s got a new special out today on HBO Max. From Bleak to Dark. The older I get the more I identify with him which is a bit worrying.
Homegrove Only just discovered Jeffries so this is a great heads-up. Thanks.
Proper funny fucker.
Not Homegove, obv.
elrobertos yeah, I think everyone can agree I am not funny.
Jim Jefferies is funny? Wow. This is a new low.
About 65 % of it was very funny.
Jeffries doesn’t have a very long shelf life imo, because of his style. I’d like to see some Bobby Lee standup, he’s a funny fucker on podcasts.

Bobby Lee is gold but far too dry, perverse and diverse for your average obvious Jim Jefferies user (who isn’t funny at all imo)
This is one of my favs
Cankles-McJeggings Callan laughs first lol. Great stuff.
Could be in the Netflix thread, since it was a ‘live event’… the Chris Rock special is aight. A bit too angry, bitter, and ranty, perhaps even sanctimonious. Kinda loses out on the laughs. And the Will Smith stuff was weak sauce too. Can’t really say it’s worth a watch.
Forgot about this guy, very funny from what I remember
i actually thought the new chris rock special was one of his funnier shows. laughed out loud on a couple times, especially in relation to the Kardashian’s
In a review I read I heard Rock “destroyed” Will Smith. Is this true?
Unlike me, who is a BANTS legend.
Shouty comedians are generally one trick ponies and get very dull very quickly.
New John Mulaney-special on Netflix April 25th. Should be interesting at least considering what all happened to him during the pandemic.
