Was in Florianopolis in 2007 but ledge it at Warung.

Never forget when Diggers dropped this at Fabric! Sounds utter guff now, but at the time that entire room shook on the breakdown like I’ve never felt before.

Millsy Into the burning embers of Waring Beach Club we go!

    Lol!

Cankles-McJeggings My greatest memory of him is the 1997 FA Cup when Juninho donkey kicks up the ball and backheels it 25 yards…. Motson was waffling on about the groundskeeper during what was arguably the best piece of skill that day. 🙄

My favourite commentary of his is Gazza’s volley against the jocks in euro 96.

I had a chat with him at some media for years ago and asked him how boring it was doing to commentary for the FIFA game of the time - having to say every single footballers name in a number of different ways. He laughed and talked me through it for the next half an hour - he was very funny and massively engaging. Ledge

Years ago I read that he didn’t consciously support any team, yet he said he had a soft spot for Southampton.

RIP Alex Dijksterhuis aka Jamez. Half of Trancesetters. Tata Box Inhibitors. 51 days

Fuck he can’t have been very old. Was also Tetraflux and Fortress who did one of my fav tracks back in the day.

    Fuuuck. Awful news. RIP.

A prolific producer who was responsible for many a favoured track in the mid to late 90’s and early 00’s. Jamez, MRE, Fortress, Loophole, Tatoine, Trancesetters, Tata Box Inhibitors… the list goes on.

Loved that Dutch prog/trance sound of the late 90s and early 00s. RIP.

Yeh I was just looking through his discogs and the amount of tracks of his I have.

Still play that Music track today. Didn’t realise he was that prolific. Rip.

Me neither. Still a great tune..Now waiting for the Idiot to post the whole mix for the umteenth time.

Cankles-McJeggings appears someone close to him broke the news on FB. RIP Jamez. Thanks for the wonderful music over the years!

    Loved this in the day.

Fun memories of Sasha dropping this at GSSS 2000. Sounded massive in that tent!

    With all the tracks Alex Dijksterhuis did release there are many that never saw the light of day. 2 are included in this classic Sasha set from Cremafields Ireland;

Some sort of dance festival for Baristas?
