vinnyt77 Well, the fact that a lot of the roles at the Beeb are filled by middle class people who went to Eaton, Harrow etc and are known to be family friends of current Tory politicians, or worked with Tory politicians, or for Tory politicians, or who have come out and said they are Tories, would be why ‘the left think the BBC are corporate Tory shills’
As for ‘the right think the BBC are left-leaning liberal snowflakes’, that would be the lie they tenaciously repeat so as to try and throw the thickets of their trail as they infiltrate the global media for their own nefarious means.
You can swap out ‘Tory’ in that top paragraph for oil industry / hedge funds / weapons manufacturers / mega corps etc. They’re all the same people.
