Does this border on cheesy trance? Yes. Do i love it? Yes. Will i play this loud in the car and head to the beach? Most definitely. The first couple of mixes I rewound and listened to carefully; you wouldn’t know where the joins were if you didn’t know the records. Those Anjuna tunes are all pretty DJ friendly to be fair.

This is just 90 minutes of massive feel-good summer-anthem bangers all the way through. I’m dancing in my pyjamas and I heartily commend it to the house. Fuck you, Coronavirus!!!

HopHead DJ Pro AI is actually a pretty decent piece of kit. I reckon that with an iPad it would easily trump Traktor or Serato on a laptop if you weren’t using an external MIDI controller.
