Mad_Cyril Maybe he’s slowly figuring out that progressive isn’t that super any more.
Well certainly most of the stuff being played currently by the likes of Diggers isn’t a patch on the tunes and vibe from the prog heyday. Pretty much the only two tunes I enjoyed on his Transitions 1000 from xoyo set were the two oldies - ‘Pa Dida’ and Electric Tease (and even then Pa Dida was played too slow).
If you’ve just been learning what prog was based off of classic tunes and mixes from the mid 90s to early 00s, then you rock up to a Diggers gig today expecting a similar experience, it would not meet your expectations.
