The BBC article said: “The type of cancer has not been revealed - it is not prostate cancer, but was discovered during his recent treatment for an enlarged prostate” so if that’s how it was discovered then maybe it’s just ass cancer? It’s probably not been announced because ‘The King Has Ass Cancer’ is not a headline they’d want published.
