Anyone have experience of Progress? Looks like a typical manc shithole with a funktion 1 lobbed in, in other words, fantastic

Hursty Anyone have experience of Progress?

    I don’t Hursty.

    Hope that helps.

I went last year to see Sasha. It was only one stage and it was in a car park. Absolutely pissed it down and was only limited cover so people were sheltering under the lids of the massive bins. Once it stopped raining it was superb. Sound system was spot on though

ALFOS in London the evening before. Hmmmmm……. :-/

Along_the_Wire Outdoors in Manchester in May? What could possibly go wrong?

Well, I could do you a list, autoHugo would be all over it like a rash

£49 for the final release, it’s nuts

Back in the day £49 would have got you the whole night out!

FIAT currency has a lot to answer for

        £30 in Bitcoin.

Hursty it is a festival and on for 9 hours, that seems good value to me. A day festival in london would be £80. Suppose it depends what other artists are on the line up

alistair Gigs and club nights have significantly outstripped inflation. Here’s an example - I saw Suede at Brixton Academy in May 1993 - it cost me £8.50 then - that’s worth £21.70. Good luck getting tickets to see hot property at even double that price.
