alistair Gigs and club nights have significantly outstripped inflation. Here’s an example - I saw Suede at Brixton Academy in May 1993 - it cost me £8.50 then - that’s worth £21.70. Good luck getting tickets to see hot property at even double that price.
Think I paid 70 euros to see big Solomun and Herr Dixon at Pacha.
Which was nice.
Smallman1 last time I went to pacha was on johns guest list. What a night that was.
Who’s in for this then?
I’m out. Gutted. 🙁
Wally you going to ALFOS on Sat?
alistair Nope. Out too. Double gutted.
I’m out.
Smallman1 I doubt that you were ever going in the first place.
benson LOL!
benson Lol. Etched in history that mate
I’m going to see what the weather says, keeps saying decent then changing it’s mind to shit
Hursty Welcome to Manchester!
Along_the_Wire well yeah, what should I expect!
Wish he had announced the XOYO gig earlier
Hursty Don’t think it’s going to rain, but definitely won’t be that warm.
Not been, but know the location, and I’m pretty sure there’s indoor space too.
Just make sure you bring a cosy sweater
I’m in, I’ve got myself an apartment with some lovelies. My biggest worry is getting home due to the train strikes.
Mad_Cyril I was planning on the standard black t shirt and winging it as I can’t be arsed with cloakrooms 🙏
Mad_Cyril The indoor stage is the SoundGarden one. Nick played better than Sasha and Digweed in Bristol, however unless it is hammering it down, I will still be at the Sasha and Digweed stage.

Hursty What about a handy tank top or waistcoat then?
Warm and supafly!
Dry-Tinder Don’t you get a bit bored of watching them every week?
What time is last entry?
alistair I’ve only seen Sasha twice this year and Digweed 4 times, hardly every weekend.
