seanc80 the bloke is a genius in my view but he has his weakness for cheesy vocal tracks. I love his trippy stuff and his ventures into dub techno - I mean he spans the Afterlife stuff all the way to Feral which not many can pull off!

seanc80 For the most part. His recent remixes are stale. Like baggers said the cheesy vocal tracks don’t help.

seanc80 I think he’s a talented and creative guy. Like every producer he doesn’t hit the bullseye each time but I always look forward to his releases. Same with Rodriguez Jr, can veer between genius and mundane but the strike rate is better than many.

I guess the more predictable stuff pays the bills 🙂

Yea, his remixes up to and including the Depeche Mode remix i thought were always top but since then there’s been a dramatic decline

Funny you mention strike-rate because I don’t think Rod Jr. misses v. often at all, although I slightly prefer his own productions to his remixes- always worth checking.
