ah yaa she probably saw Jerry play.. I got into way after he died, but the party still carries on. that whole scene is magic. John Mayer plays with them now, called Dead&Co. I got 10 shows on tour this summer… things do melt.
They were playing the day after Charlie Watts died and did a really nice cover of The Last Time as a tribute and showed this in the background

Coincidently, I was watching clips of the Altamont concert earlier. What a disaster. Hell’s Angels going ham on everyone. Raucous crowd. Greatful Dead were like, fuck it, we’re out….not performing, Stone go on and all hell breaks loose.
