          Unbroken1 Yeah it took a couple of listens to grow on me too. It’s a solo outfit now yeah. Pretty sure theres a new album in the works.

              alistair One of the highlights of the Printworks was Hammer dropping Sublimes the theme before they came on…..the place went nuts.

                  One of my fav home listeners. As I have KLANGED out a few too many times, I once partied with Andy Horseface and Nick Warren. Andy asked me who I’d like to see on GU, and I said Wink. He said he tried to get this comp for it but Wink insisted on the US release being a Profound Sounds. The UK release was as a MOS comp. Could have been total BS, but I relish the story regardless.

                    Decent old hardcore mix from Bukem about a year or so before it went all pinky & perky.

                    zackster I once read that Wink has never done drugs. I don’t trust DJ’s who’ve never got involved.

                    His Thoughts of a Tranced love is my wife’s favourite track.

                        Dubman Isn’t Digweed super clean as well.

                        I think that’s just what he told Operation Yewtree

                          Dubman Prob got involved at the start like most folk.

                              Digweed can’t hold a candle to Wink. Neither as Dj nor a producer. Suspect old John would agree as he laps up everything Josh puts out.

                                Don’t know. I used to see him play in the early 90’s down in Hastings & Brighton before he changed his name to John Digweed

                                    Higher State went Silver, which is some accomplishment for a Dj produced club record.

                                    Also, Wink held down a Twilo night off his own merit. John needed to hitch his wagon to Sasha’s star to get in the door.
