Jamie Stevens - Beginner’s Guide to Floating

Really enjoyed it. Not really club heavy, more a mix of downtempo/ambient. The penultimate track ‘Coilplume’ was particularly enjoyable. Can imagine a few dancefloor mixes of tracks on this will come out in due course

Unbroken1 That little midget who followed Plex all over the place on Boiler Room actually helped to create all those wobbly basslines by rubbing a field mic up against the pants of Plex’s arse while they were in the studio. Just the two of them. Said midget would hand Plex a towel to wipe his sweaty brow and giving him a thumbs up as the bass dropped. He made about 12 tracks a week during this phase. Stands to reason he’s done fuck all since.
