Know someone in China (American-born Korean) who made a reasonable fortune on penny stocks in emerging markets.

Basically from having tip-offs through family connections about when a certain government were going to bail out a failing company and snapping up shitloads of shares for pennies.

I know people are going nuts about it on reddit but the announcement can’t happen until this weekend at the earliest.

I’m expecting the share price to kee getting artificially depressed today to get it as low as possible and for Gamestop to announce the share recall for the AGM on Sunday during closed business. Monday could be very interesting.

Amps My advice is the same as ever. If you have the coin and are happy to lose it, buy 10 shares and keep a hold of them. If they explode, result. If they crash, no big loss and you can average you way out of it.

I think the price is being slow bled down so keep an eye on it and buy at the end of the day imo.

I don’t think Gamestop are going to do anything that will paint them as the bad guys if shit kicks off. I think it’s more likely the urgent rule changes being pushed through by the DTCC and NSCC will be what fucks the hedge funds. The noose is tightening around it all so get a few shares, get on the merry go round and see what happens 🙂

Next friday could be the ignition. Do we not expect a dip prior to the end of next week. I would be unsure buying more at $170 right now.

Really depends - if they announce a share recall over the weekend and then one of the big players like BlackRock announces they want their shares back, it’s going to be pandemonium on Monday. But if they don’t, it might continue to slide down until Friday when all those options expire. I don’t think DFV has enough shares or options to really move the needle tbh. You need institutional investors and whales to do that.

Using https://swaggystocks.com/dashboard/options-max-pain/GME, you can see the max pain value is $180. It wouldn’t surprise me if the long whales come in tonight and ramp the price up to as close to that as possible which has been the pattern for the last two / three weeks.
