Chennai 2021 against England, on the back of losing the first game… one of the greatest innings I’ve seen from an opener. Will miss Big Ro, but not so much his captaincy. The ODI world cup and first home series test loss against NZ in 12 years (not to mention it was a whitewash) will sting for a long time.

Having said that, we go to England favourites. Can’t wait.

alistair was on the cards, my friend is planning the lords game. But got Japan lined up at the same time, taking the laptop and will have to vpn it up. Loved the English crowd when I watched the Hyderabad game (Pope century, Hartley with a ton of grit etc etc), and my friend cant stop rubbing the food options out there in my face. Will have to plan for the next cycle.
