That being said, IPL is mostly a given for established Indian players versus foreign players, so they don’t really have that chip on their shoulder.
I’m trying to understand why there isn’t more of an overlap with England’s white ball team and the Test team. Because the extras from the Oliver Twist production (Burns, Laurie, Crawley, Leach, Sibley, Overton) should be dropped for good. Still in two minds about Pope. Bunch of bollocks saying they’re overworked, they should be fighting to play as much international cricket as they can, whatever format.
