rhouses I haven’t suggested it has. The original question I was responding to was whether additional time should be added to a test for bad weather. I said probably not, due to calendar congestion, but suggested some other ways (including the change of the slow over rate rule) that could mitigate days lost to bad weather.
I can’t tell if you’re being deliberately delusive, or just having a bad day….
