MixesDB will be shutting down at the end of June. Really sad to see it go. It was the first place I always went to for tracklists old and new. Hopefully they archive it.
MixesDB RIP
Now that’s a real shame
Gutted! Still use it for a lot of the old tracklistings.
it somehow gets archived
Millsy Shazaam still not very good at getting older, more obscure tracks. Couldn’t tell you how much time I’ve wasted Shazaaming Jane Fitz sets without luck
Shazam just listens for the inaudible copyright blueprint, won’t be on older records most likely.

ScottBailey I’ve been there. Complete waste of time.
Millsy Shazam has improved over time but its still limited. If it had access to the older or more obscure tunes uploaded by users to Youtube it would improve tenfold. Or access to online record stores like decks.de etc.
MixesDB had a good community where users would contribute to filling in any gaps in tracklists.
I use 1001Tracklists because the functionality and features are far superior to other tracklist sites despite it being a little EDM heavy.
I have thousands of submissions on MixesDB, so I am a bit gutted to see it go. I’ve used 1001 track list a few times, but the pages look too cluttered to navigate.
Dry-Tinder I think theres a way to download your submissions;
I use TrackId.net which is okay-ish
ArchimedesQ I use it for starting tracklists; very handy for cues and a huge time saver.
Just wanted to say that MixesDB is back, under a different name https://www.mixes.wiki
I worked with the old owner to get it all up and running on the latest code.
The only thing that we didn’t transfer was the history of edits of a page and the user accounts (for GDPR related reasons), but you can create an account with your old username and we have a tool to copy over your old favorites.
Would love to have any old contributors back!
mixeswiki thanks for helping keeping this page going. It’s been so helpful over the years and am pleased it’s found a way to continue.
Cheers!
