benson haha, I work for one of the big boys in PMI and have recently been meeting a few consultants who have this same gripe - but are seemingly happy to be paid £££££'s by us and the others… I’m finding it increasingly difficult to bite my lip but you’ve got to take the rough with the smooth imo (Insert joke about smallman here!)!
