    Ate myself into a coma this afternoon. Was a great snooze!

      I’m doing it all over again today.

      We literally go again.

        Smallman1 we’ve just done presents. Got some top notch gardening tools and some daylesford organic raspberry jam.

        Plus a hat.

        Now lying on the sofa with a second glass of hundred hills and going to fall asleep to some telly before doing a massive roast for later.

        I still have this fucking brutal cough.

                Hope you all had a good Christmas. After eating Christmas food for four days straight I am looking forward to getting some terrible junk food delivered tomorrow, chicken wings or kebab or something.

                    I am about to travel the country to see the rest of the family after hosting Christmas Day.

                          Been fucking ill since the Saturday night before Christmas, started as an awful cough, turned into raging headache, on/off fever, haven’t eaten since Monday. Went down stairs long enough Christmas Day to watch the boy open his presents and then went back to bed. Headache subsiding slowly, fever comes and goes still.

                          Genuinely looking forward to going back to work when I’m well enough

                          On the up side, the Mrs hasn’t nagged me about anything in 5 days, so it’s an absolute win
