Along_the_Wire I’m all for it but it never happens. So many wars to be took advantage off aswell with investing.

One of my colleagues came in today and said something unusual.

“Has anyone heard if something’s going on in Canada?”

Nope (checking news quickly in case something had happened

“My friend works in the military and a fuck ton of them were given 4 hours notice to be shipped off from UK to Canada early this morning - in multiple transport carrier planes”

I’m a bit lost with all the war going on and who is with who - do we have a major operation on already where we are working with Canada?

“He can’t say why but they don’t normally do this unplanned. I’m speculating, but I’ve wondered if it’s related to Canada being in the commonwealth and the threats Trump is making to bring in Canada as the United States 51st state. As if Trump doesn’t realise our King and our country actually has a major interest / long term partnership with Canada, and they are a solid ally of the UK”

He didn’t say how many but it was a lot of these C17 Transporters, and similar, that took off overnight / this morning with our military to Canada without any notice.

I’ve been next to these and they’re far bigger in real life than the photos make out.

Couldn’t imagine this being a reality, personally, but it is unusual.

Try to understand how they arrived at thier current position I guess. Two main things come to mind, firstly trickle down economics didn’t do what it said on the tin.

Combine that with a political system where the only realistic alternative is another party of crooks who recently tried to pull a fast one on the electorate by propping up a president who spent most of his second term shitting himself, due to a severe cognitive impairment.
