Going to be squeaky bum time next Sunday for the teams chasing a Champions League spot.

#insight

Smallman1 it’s proper tight for those spots, it’s the only interesting element to the league this year, apart from massive lolz to the league position of Spurs and Utd

Big lols if Chelsea win the white elephant that is the conference league only to finish outside the Champions league spots

If we do, I’ll be there in Wroclaw!

rosscoe Hope they don’t make the Champs League, horrible club.

      Lol!

      Go on Rosscoe!

Smallman1 Apart from me, has anyone else on here been to Goodison Park?

      I have.

When Watford miraculously got promoted to the PL back in 2006, our first game of the season was away at Everton.

I don’t really remember much of it, aside from getting off the coach by Stanley Park and walking to the stadium. Apparently we lost the game 2-1, with Arteta scoring a penalty for them. Must be why the game itself has been erased from my memory.

Yes. Last time was many years ago for the derby with @Kells77

Delighted they are keeping the stadium for the women’s team, less of a financial shock for the area, whilst at the same time hoping they tear it down as it’s an eye sore of a stadium. Not that an Anfield is any sort of aesthetic wonder, but at least it doesn’t look like it’s about to fall apart at the seems.

Some boss photos from my blue nose mates of their last day there.

Been loads of times, my cousin’s a season ticket holder. Usually to watch shite games like Everton vs Coventry and stuff.

Been to all the major north west grounds about 10 times, although it’s not a remarkable achievement and has often been for concerts or Rugby League games, or stuff like Euro 96 games.

Wouldn’t be the Wirtz signing they’ve ever made.

      Oi oi etc etc!

Amps based on that article, not big enough to sign Wirtz!

City backing off from Wirtz apparently. I wonder how big Slot’s ‘war chest’ really is.

I reckon that story is based on PR bollocks from City. Either Wirtz wants to stay in Germany and join Bayern, or he’ll link up again with Alonso at Madrid. City now trying to claim it wasn’t to do with them being rejected.
