It feels like Chelsea don’t have a transfer plan, they sign players like when you play monopoly and buy everything you can.
Surely now they will have loads of attacking players they will need to offload players (unless players are happy to sit on a 7 year contract and never actually play). Buying clubs will know Chelsea are desperate to sell and will get cut price deals?
