Am guessing he should have a say in what happens as his assets are frozen, they didn’t take them away from him. So at some stage they should go back to him. Hence why he wants a say in it all. I’m sure he is just ensuring they end up in Russian hands at some point.
It is a strange situation. Would be nice if he did let them go into administration
