Ole just isn’t up to the job… he keeps doing a Houdini when his job is on the line but is never going to achieve the consistency necessary to win the Premiership… Macguire is a real problem at the moment - he just can’t focus after this Greek fight… Shaw is way too fat - his tits were hitting him in the face while chasing the Spurs attacker when he narrowly avoided a red… and Bailly has looked rusty ever since his injury 2-3 years back. Loaning out Smalling is looking pretty stupid at this stage - no way did he do a worse job than any of them.
Jules72 Ole is the least of our problems atm. In fairness to him he got that team to 3rd last season. Although bringing on Fred and McTominay to try and get back in the game was laughable.
